As a marketing intern for Auxiliary Enterprises, I work collaboratively with a small team of interns to develop and implement social media strategies, increasing engagement across UMass Dining's platforms. I assist in the planning and execution of UMass Dining events, contributing to logistical coordination and promotional efforts to ensure successful student turnout. I Create visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels, aligning with the #1 public school dining brand image. And I analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing future marketing efforts.

As a resident assistant, I create a welcoming community within my building. I advise my residents when they come to me for help. I enforce university policy when fit.
