I have been working for UPS as an Operations Manager for UK and Ireland since August 2008, Prior to that i worked for Unipart from Feb 1996 to July 2008. Before that i worked for Hewlett Packard from July 1988 to Feb 1996.

I worked as an FSL Manager within the Field network for Unipart, Main Achievements Successfully implemented new business within a fieldstore network, meeting the requirements and expectations of clients such as; Vodafone, Hewlett Packard, BSKYB, Siemens, UPS, Dell, Lynx Technology, Agilent, Packeteer, ByBox, NCR and Phoenix, Fujitsu. I successfully developed and implemented a standard audit for all Client processes which comprised of a daily, weekly and monthly… Show more I worked as an FSL Manager within the Field network for Unipart, Main Achievements Successfully implemented new business within a fieldstore network, meeting the requirements and expectations of clients such as; Vodafone, Hewlett Packard, BSKYB, Siemens, UPS, Dell, Lynx Technology, Agilent, Packeteer, ByBox, NCR and Phoenix, Fujitsu. I successfully developed and implemented a standard audit for all Client processes which comprised of a daily, weekly and monthly checklist and task list based upon shifts and day to day operational requirements. Implementation of standard audit resulted in a 100% pass rate across the whole field store network. Coordination and training on Health & Safety in the workplace plus implementation of workplace audits to ensure consistency of standards. Devised a full training matrix for the Field Store network employees to ensure capability of meeting Client processes. Significant strength in handling difficult disciplinary and grievance hearings in a professional and efficient manner. Represented Unipart in court as the key witness to a criminal offence where by I produced a 40 page witness statement detailing the whole operation for Unipart and the Client. The outcome through thorough investigations and maintaining quality records resulted in a person being found guilty and charged. Successfully producing an induction booklet for the Fieldstore network personnel of which details key areas within the business unit and Unipart.
