-Primarily responsible for all Vendor and third party supplier management duties for our North American offices including Minneapolis, Toronto & Vancouver-key point of contact and negotiations for RBC-GAM global vendor services/agreements - duties include all aspects of managing vendor contracts - track and manage contract expires, review & negotiations, invoice approval etc..-ensuring vendors are properly coded into enterprise supplier management tool to track vendor service details and indicate supplier risk level-lead contract negotiations with key contacts and department heads for new service/product requests-work with various internal department and enterprise teams on new and renewed contracts , including business unit service owners and executives, enterprise supplier management and procurement teams-consistently managing multiple vendor engagements and additional operational duties and special projects as assigned -strong ability to work independently as well as within a team-lead various projects and initiatives for new vendor engagements with business service owners, project management leads and technical implementation support teams.-provide alternative vendor service/supplier solutions to department heads to achieve service improvement or cost savings-complete understanding of all business unit deparments functions and operations

-Deskside support team - Managed a team that supports over 300 staff responsible for $350B AUM team provides all technology support including hardware, software, installations, upgrades, refresh, connectivity . etc-Business Continuity - manage, build and test our business and disaster recovery sites to ensure operational continuity as required-Vendor contract negotiations & relationships manager over 100 third party vendor software and service contracts including Market Data, Investment & Analytical Research services , Accounting system, Index provides, etc ...-Facilities Management - manage space requirements for Toronto office including negotiating additional space and construction requirements. Primary contact for corporate real estate team and facilities manager-Special projects- look after all technical and connection requirements for new apps/ services including firewall, routing and security
