I have a wide and varied history of work experience. It varies from a manufacturing technician, to truck driving, and on to being the owner / manager of a soft furnishings manufacturing company, which I ran successfully for 12 years. I am a self employed taxi driver since then.I would like a hands on type management role, that could include getting my hands dirty on occasions, some administration work, sales, distribution, logistics, etc.I have a flexible, can do attitude towards work. I always get the job done.I have a lot of experience of negotiating with various government departments. I led the team that negotiated the redevelopment of the Ballymun housing estate, which is now priced at over 1.5 billion euro.I have a lot of NGO experience from the ground up to the highest levels of negotiating for funding, government actions on improving education facilities and standards, living conditions, estate management.I have QQI Level 7 in Corporate Governance in Credit Unions. Happy to advise credit unions on a consultancy basis, if necessary.Specialties: Customer service, sales,negotiating. Negotiating final outcomes, i.e. ensuring details on final documents, as required. I can work as part of a team and on my own initiative, and alone if necessary.
