SUPERVISING AND TEAM LEADERSHIP: Supervised and instructed a team to work on tasks, procedures and missions, with daily follow-throughs. Perform radar monitoring and develop special maintenance, procedures, and training for users and maintainers and conduct technical training as requested. Review and coordinate with other departments and companies to ensure availability of the equipment and work missions and cross reference with the satellite images to gather data in space. Oversee requisitions and timeliness to increase productivity of the mission and the radar performance. Create and maintain records for the radar main control to transfer and use in the database. Review data for ISS tracking course correcting and tracking of the ISS data protection and utilize required security practices and procedures, for the welfare of the ISS.

TEST ACTIVITIES AND REPORT DEVELOPMENT TESTING: Test and Evaluation ( DT&E) and did operational test & evaluations ( OT&E) with the system. Assisted SOC Detachment Commander in setup activities which included: development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Orders (TOs). Communicated and coordinated daily with military officials and staff to ensure the safety of the equipment and the availability. Gathered and processed data and transfer information into the database for the ISS tracking and course correction and the protection of the data.ADMINISTRATIVE COMMUNICATION WITH JOINT SPACE OPERATIONS CENTER: Coordinated communication with mission system personnel regarding space catalog data, mission reporting and status coordination. Ensured the stability of Space Situational Awareness Mission and performed emergent/critical tasking and other operational elements. Supported travel as required for mission operation and provided 24/7 support for real time mission operations. Responded to questions and provided advice on planning, coordination and execution with the missions. Developed plans with military staff with data and to carry out the mission. Provided supervisors mangers resolutions to complex system problems.
