Over 42 years’ experience in project and programme management of major roads/transport schemes in Ireland, United Kingdom, and the United States. Key competencies include business administration, contract administration, and dispute resolution management; strategic planning expertise at organization and project level focused on client requirements; key stakeholder liaison; public sector procurement processes; and cost-management of major projects from inception to closeout.Developed the National Roads Authority Project Management Guidelines, published in 2000.
