Prior to founding SX Business Services, Inc. in 2008, Mr. Fleming worked in both publicly traded and privately held companies in financial and accounting positions for over 20 years. Mr. Fleming served as Vice President of Accounting for a Real Estate and Property Management Company for over 10 years. His career also includes working in multiple industries including Medical, Correctional Management, Construction, and Information Technology. During his tenure with these companies, in addition to being responsible for all financial related matters for the company, he was tasked with working directly with Operations and Mergers and Acquisitions. He was directly responsible for all financial related matters including financial reporting, treasury management, financial planning and analysis, and property accounting. He was also directly involved in mergers and acquisitions teams whereby he was tasked with the financial strategy of the merger and acquisition as well as onboarding and integrating the company functions. Mr. Fleming was responsible for managing the financial performance for over 49,000 property units nationwide, which included among other items; streamlining functions, cost analysis, billing and collections, accounts receivable trending, insurance analysis and ancillary statistics. Mr. Fleming also specializes in streamlining processes and procedures by implementing technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. The result of this is a reduction of back office overhead of 30% to 50%, more efficient processes and scalability of the business. Mr. Fleming holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the Bentley University.
