I am a driven, proven executive leader with nearly two decades of organizational leadership, upper-level human resource management, logistics management, operations management with in-depth financial planning experience. Additionally I have served as Contract Officer Representative, Project Manager, countless Program Manager roles, strategic planning, & repeatedly integrated innovation with problem solving initiatives successfully. I am a graduate of the Instructor Certification Program, & the Leadership Certificate Program through the U.S. Air Force. I enlisted in the active duty U.S. Air Force in late 2006, & have participated in Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation New Dawn, Operation Allied Refuge & Operation Allies Welcome. I have served in the Fuels Management career field as the Superintendent, primary Responsible Officer overseeing the Defense Logistic Agency requirements. Previously I’ve held positions in every section like the distribution element, bulk storage supervisor, the primary Accountant, training and development, and led the Fuels Laboratory section coupled with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance program management. I have also served in the Aircrew Flight Equipment career field as a member of the Alaska Air National Guard for several years working support for alert missions for real-world rescue emergencies in the Alaskan wilderness. To be better equipped to support this mission, I have completed several Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) courses including: Combat Survival, Evasion & Conduct After Capture (ECAC), Emergency Parachuting, and Water Survival. More recently I served as the First Sergeant where I was selected and received several annual awards for my performance in taking care of and leading 100+ of our members, while being dual-hatted and navigating world-wide issues. I am experienced in investigation processes, performance issues, evaluations, as well as dealing with personnel issues including toxic leadership and/or culture, pay discrepancies, and creating new ways to reward stellar performance.Most recently I served as the Maintenance Division Superintendent.
