• Lead all coordination efforts on applicable aftermarket quotes while ensuring close collaboration and communication with all applicable stakeholders• Manage and monitor the proposal throughout the entire bid cycle including updating and maintaining designated workload management tool• Review all customer enquiry related documents while addressing all relevant technical and commercial requirements directly provided by Flowserve or sub-suppliers• Coordinate and manage vendors, replacement parts and components, labour estimates and quotations related to aftermarket requests, including effectively negotiating terms and pricing• Develop job work scope routers using the inspection report and customer information/specifications• Manage the customer experience by ensuring alignment is reached on the repair scope via the use of the As Found Report• Ensure on-time delivery performance, margin and cash flow enhancement through budget control, supply chain management and continuous improvement• Support efforts to meet safety targets and maintain zero lost time injury status

• Review of subsea rental equipment identifying repair requirements• Identifying suitable vendors that have machining, welding and rework capabilities• Managing the new vendor selection process• Providing full manufacturing engineer support to specific aftermarket refurbishment orders• Assisting with customer quote enquiries• Preparing quotation enquiries and working with vendors to achieve the best price and delivery possible

• Coordinator for new manufacture and refurbishment accounts including input of new sales orders• Attend customer meetings to discuss ongoing and future orders• Promoting and providing continuous and effective after-sales support• Liaise with other departments regarding pertinent day to day operations. This includes progress reporting, monitoring of shipping/logistics, preparation and expediting of sales orders and shipping instructions• Process / review of sales orders and revisions.

• Create methods and routers to facilitate manufacture of items to the most cost and time effective manner.• Review repair items and implement correct rework scope.• Review and set up of part structures within an ERP system.

• Carry out complex machining tasks to precision tolerances using manual lathe/milling machine.• Inspect finished products to maintain a high standard of quality assurance.

Attended Tullos training for first year of apprentice whilst completing my SVQ level 2 and NC in mechanical engineering.Remainder of apprenticeship carried out on site carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance on a variety of pumps and gear boxes. During this time I gained my SVQ level 3 and HNC qualification in mechanical engineering.
