I had worked 12 years for the same company since graduating from college in 2012. The company has undergone several buy outs and title changes during this time. The current company title is Kinective (formerly known as NXTsoft and CCMC, Inc.). Listed are the positions I held during this 12-year period from July 2012 through October 2024 with no break in service.Software Engineer II --Continuation of my Software Engineer duties/projects with the additional focus centered around the development and collaboration of web applications hosted in the cloud that made use of tools, technologies such as Angular and NodeJS, and languages such as JavaScript and Java.-Implemented multiple API calls to backend of Bridge application to various endpoints such as FIS IBS core banking platform in Java.-Troubleshooted and updated frontend of Bridge application to figure out cause of various bugs and add requested features in Angular.-Implemented and created multiple proof of concept/example solutions demonstrating to clients how to use various popular GraphQL libraries such as Strawberry Shake, ZeroQL, etc. to make use of companies own API.-Worked with third party vendors to develop, test, and debug software and/or integrate their software into Kinective products.-Utilized JIRA ticketing system to tract projects and GIT-based Bitbucket code repository storage.-Stored and represented object data strings through JSON/SML as appropriate for use case.-Actively participated in Agile scrums and sprints.-Participated independently and collaborated in a cross-shore development team (i.e. Italy, England, Philippines, India, etc.)

Software Engineer--Developed and built QA process utilized to construct application setup.-Built custom applications and services on a case-by-case basis as requested by clients to meet individual needs.-Handled cases and case tickets in a timely and proficient manner.-Provided troubleshooting to Client Care/Support Team and directly to clients.-Provided SOC audit assistance, including probing of the .NET framework to support in-person Auditor visits.-Developed code and code fixes used to interface with Loan Origination Software (LOS) and core/host interfaces to push and retrieve data. -Developed code fixes used to generate collection of files utilized in daily financial transaction batch processing (Digital Insight).

Junior Program Analyst--Built, revised, and documented the QA process utilized to construct client application setups in InstallShield for various products.-Developed codes and updates used to interface with Loan Origination Software (LOS) products and with core/host interfaces to push and retrieve data (often in XML or JSON format).-Handled cases / tickets in a timely and proficient manner. -Provided troubleshooting to Client Care / Support Team and directly to clients.-Trained new developers in company systems and software.-Assisted in setup and management of company firewall (SonicWall).-Converted existing Visual Source Safe Control System to Team Foundation Server.-Automated file version incrementation of assemblies using a text template to generate a new time-based version number at time of compilation.-Rebuilt installation process (application setup) that focused on correcting accuracy and efficiency issues.
