Rod & I opened this company and its subsidiaries for many reasons, here are 2:1. To purchase and maintain housing that low income, homeless Veterans and their families could make their home through either HUD Section 8 or the HUD VASH programs in the Silicon Valley and beyond.2. To invest and turnover residential and commercial properties to both fund our Veteran Programs and ensure our financial success to expand our reach.We are both proud Desert Shield/Desert Storm era LGBT Veterans, both for our service and for our desire to help those who need a hand-up to get back on their feet.This endeavor is not a high profit venture but will level the playing field for those in the Silicon Valley that have been priced out of the residential rental market by landlords who seek top dollar for their spaces. We are a collaboration of non-profit, for-profit, government and community based organizations that meet to address and seek improvement for the gaps in services for the Military, Veterans & their Families in Santa Clara County.The main focus is to ensure that the three main areas of life that impact our Active, National Guard, Veterans and their families are improved:1. Housing2. Employment 3. HealthcareHEH is used as a way to clear the throat in a conversation. We see it as the lifeline for those who served our nation and their families.

I am in charge of the Veteran Services for the home health program.

Worked with Veteran patients and families assisting them obtain Veteran benefits. Assisted marketing team at senior and assisted living by promoting the VITAS Veteran program and performing functions on patriotic holidays. Patient notes and marketing reports performed daily. I know the Veterans of our country deserve all the benefits that they earned & are entitled to. I now ensure that Veterans receive the very best of care once it is determined that they are hospice appropriate. VITAS leads the way nationwide on this initiative and I am proud to be a part of this great organization and care teams.

I am the Past District Commander for The American Legion Posts in San Francisco (2010/2011 & 2012/2013) I am Proud of my service to both my nation,our honored Veterans and their families!
