Within this position I was involved in collecting valuable research material for important projects, such as Transport for NSW, where the information gathered was used to introduce the Opal card, increase frequency of public transport and improve customer experiences when using public transport in Sydney. Over my time at Taverner Research I gained social and professional skills that has helped me become a more approachable and understanding individual professionally and personally.
