For over 40 years, I have served as general counsel and special counsel to public agencies, represented firms engaged in the underwriting and public offering of securities, and have represented developers and owners during acquisition and construction of governmental, commercial and urban redevelopment projects. In addition, I have structured sales tax rebate, tax abatement and tax increment financing, and served as counsel in tax-incentivized transactions. I have served as bond counsel, special counsel and underwriter's counsel for general obligation and revenue bond obligations. Billions of dollars have been invested in projects in which I have been engaged as counsel.I earned my LL.B. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and have been selected by my peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2015 in the field of Corporate Law each year since 2005.
