Duties / Responsibilities (Office Manager):  The direct management of 27 staff. To assist with the hiring of staff. The creation of Terms of Reference (TOR’s) for staff. To review all staff being directly managed and create Professional Development strategies for these staff. The creation of invoices. The creation of cash flow projections. To assist in creating company strategies such as H.R., Marketing and I.T.Duties / Responsibilities (Project Manager / Landscape Architect):  The creation of detailed programs for the delivery of landscape documentation packages. The coordination of the landscape team with the large multi-disciplinary team. The creation of weekly reports outlining team progress. The creation of budgets and assistance with broader cost planning. The response to contractors queries (RFI’s and TQ’s). The liaison with clients, including communication through letters, emails, meetings and presentations. The liaison with local authorities, including communication through letters, emails, meetings and presentations.
