I was the lead global lawyer providing legal support and advice in the negotiation, vetting and drafting of a large number of Global outsourcing contracts (with a wide variety of services such as Data Centre Consolidation, Hosting, Network Management, implementation of Cloud Solutions both in the private and public sectors in multiple jurisdictions). I played a pivotal role as the legal lead on many cloud computing deals and provided advice to senior management on a broad range of legal issues, keeping up to date with key legislative changes and market practice impacting the ITC industry.

I provided legal advice and support to a broad range of client engagements where I achieved IBM BPO business goals for contract signings, financial results, business controls and customer satisfaction.
