John was born and raised in New York. Beginning early, he knew what he wanted to do, Become a Lawyer that defends and fights for the rights of the criminally accused. At the early age of 11 he said he would become a lawyer, he never left his determined path. When asked why he wanted to be a Criminal Defense Lawyer, he immediately answered “Everyone deserves the best defense and not everyone can afford it. I want to make sure when people are accused, their rights are not trampled on.” He graduated with honors from a prestigious high school, while also playing multiple sports. He majored in Criminal Justice at The State University of New York at Farmingdale, while playing soccer for the college, before transferring to The State University of New York at Albany and obtaining his degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida to attend and graduate from Florida Coastal School of Law. He passed the Florida Bar exam, moved to Brevard County and began working for the State Attorney's Office as an Assistant State Attorney to learn the prosecution side of criminal law. After gaining significant trial experience and knowledge, he knew it was time to answer his calling as a Criminal Defense Attorney. He began working for a highly respected law firm and he sharpened and perfected his skills in defending the rights of the accused. After three years working under one of the top attorneys in Florida, He felt it was time to start his own practice. He began representing criminal defendants and gave each the personal attention that they deserved. While protecting people’s criminal rights, he realized that he could also help persons and families with civil matters. He began to study Family Law and realized that he could impact and make a difference in another area of a person’s life. To him, there is nothing more important than making sure that a person is properly represented and protected.
