The Fund for the Public Interest is a non-profit organization that provides mailing, solicitation and membership services for all of the state PIRG groups, all of the state ENVIRONMENT groups, the National Environment Law Center and the Toxins Action Center.In this position, I prepare solicitation and correspondence materials for mailing. Equipment used: A letterhead folding machine. Position requires working at a fast pace and insureing that names match between payment forms, letters and envelopes.

My main duty for the 2010 season was to work with a horticulturealist to manage noxious weed growth in the natural areas in the parks in the northwest parks district in Denver. Other duties included light maintenance of equipment, inventory and trash collection..Equipment used: Tank and Backpack sprayers, hoes, shovels and rakes and weed-whackers and weed mowers.

My duties for this position included trash collection, weed management, trench digging, weed-whacking, graffiti removal and blowing.Equipment used: Tank and backpack herbicide sprayers, weed flamers, weed eaters, blowers, trench diggers, hand tools such as rakes, hoes, and shovels and weed and grass mowers.

To Assist with press set up including paper, ink and registration. To Assist with quality control of printed material and the preparation of printed materials for shipment

Duties included film and plate processor maintenance, the scanning and correction of photographs for publication and the preparation of printing plates for the press.

To provide customer service and complete orders for color copy, digital jprint and bindery orders.
