CN61 Sustainment Feasibility StudyIn this role I developed and delivered a complete CN61 Sustainment Feasibility Study to Maritime Cross-Platform Systems Program Office (MCPSPO). The wide-ranging study analysed NSSG’s current approach to sustaining the Navy Seaboat Product Schedule and identified key opportunities to optimise seaboat maintenance for Rigid-Hulled Inflatable Boats (RHIB). The study required wide-ranging consultation to identify current risks to seaboat availability and present a comprehensive recommendation suite to remediate CN61 maintenance management, governance, data capture, reporting and assurance.Other highlights include:• Developed Strategic Response to CASG 2.0 and Operating Model for Air Life Systems Program Office (ALSPO), as well as 2025 Business Plan.• Supported development of foundation Master Schedule for nascent Maintenance Requirements Branch.• Finalised Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) Maturity Assessment for CSIRO.

Navy N4 Logistics Library RefreshIn this role I supported the Directorate of Naval Engineering Policy (DNEP) to develop and uplift core Navy Engineering and Logistics artefacts to support end users:• Lead author of ANP3411-0101 Naval Materiel Governance Assurance and ANP3400-0001 N4 Technical Publications and Standards, key policies which govern the RAN’s achievement of the materiel seaworthiness outcome.• Improvements and quality assurance to Design & Certification, Optimisation, and other core publications.• Developed N4 Introductory course content, and designed Configuration Management and Technical Investigations quick reference manuals to provide efficient and productive outcomes for users.

Project Support Officer - AIR3503 Distributed Ground Station - AustraliaIn this role I proactively supported the project executive to manage project deliverables through rapid development of artefacts and acute attention to detail across Tranches 1, 2, 3 and particularly Risk Reduction Activities:• Successfully managed development and maintenance of key project documentation and coordination mechanisms, and explored opportunities to refine business processes to capture analysis and Division reporting requirements• Close involvement in key project procurements, including development of ETPs, S23s and the Australian Standard for Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) Support Short suite, as well as representing the CoA on Request for Tender evaluation panels. Key responsibilities included ensuring commercial artefacts and processes met the highest Defence probity and traceability standards• Administered Integrated Project Team (IPT), System Requirement/Definition Review (SRR/SDR) and other key project meetings and forums• Led support functions into the team and wider Branch including management of induction, offboarding, applications and short-notice ad hoc taskings for a rapidly growing project• Assisted development of a range of project artefacts including project briefs, cost models, risk/action/decision registers and stakeholder presentation packs

Strategy-to-Task Phase 3 - Intelligence Capability Integration Branch, Defence Intelligence Group 2020-1.On STT I was part of a small team developing the Full Spectrum Targeting Manual to support capability improvement opportunities and remediate key Targeting risks within the Joint ISR enterprise. This work occurred in concert with the ICI Branch transition from JCG to the nascent Defence Intelligence Group.Transformation Team, Downer Professional ServicesOn the Transformation Team I supported Downer Professional Services' transition to Dynamics 365 for time sheeting, business analysis and invoice standardisation. I developed the communications schedule, UAT Plan, and user training packs.
