•Lead a software development team and act as a player/coach software engineer responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining customer facing web application solutions for DoD (Navy) customers•Data-intensive system / application design and project management across major DoD sectors including Financial and Telecommunications•Extensive experience interfacing directly with customers to gather requirements, manage and exceed customer expectations, implement CI/CD best practices, and deliver high quality, custom SaaS solutions •Demonstrated experience in planning, developing, and implementing technology solutions to address business opportunities•Assist Business Development and Contracts departments with Capture initiatives and Proposal writing
