Mr. Fulmer possesses over 37 years of experience in telecommunications and technical and supervisory management, including 13 years in network and security management and project administration and 11 years in operations management. He has eight years of dedicated experience in Information Security and has knowledge of the principles associated with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and recommendations, security policy and procedure development, technical security documentation and network architecture. He is very familiar the concepts associated with firewall, host and network based intrusion detection/prevention systems, switch and router configuration and management. His professional experience encompasses a background in project management, personnel management, network and security operations, and network and systems management applications. Mr. Fulmer was the Director, IT Security & IT Projects for BAE Systems, Inc. where he was responsible for the development of and compliance with security policies and standards used by the company to protect the information of the company, customers, partners and suppliers. As the technical director responsible for the Army National Guard Bureau, he was responsible for technical direction and day-to-day operations of the Network Management Center (NMC) and Computer Emergency Response Center (CERT).
