General Superintendent (2018-Present)Lead Superintendent, Luxury Interiors (2016-2018) Direct the efforts of up to ten Superintendents/Assistant Superintendents on assigned major commercial construction projects. Current Project: Waterline Square – 50 Riverside Boulevard. This is a 541,000 square feet, 40 story residential rental and condominium complex. Featuring three towers on the Hudson River, Waterline Square residents benefit from the rare construct of a waterfront masterplan consisting of thoughtful residences with sky-high views, a robust amenity offering retail and a dynamic new park setting. Steps from Columbus Circle and Midtown, Waterline Square is perfectly situated where Midtown meets the Upper West Side. Waterline Square will be home to the first ever combined food hall, market, restaurant, and bar experience by Cipriani. The project will have 56 luxury condominiums with amenities and a penthouse, 56 affordable rentals with amenities and 152 market rate rentals with amenities. The project has a value of $340 million. Prior Project: 38 Sixth – 38 6th Avenue, Brooklyn. This 24-story residential building, 325,000 square feet, with 308 units offers modern homes for the modern lifestyle. Situated amidst Brooklyn’s vibrant restaurants, shopping, and transportation 38 Sixth features thoughtfully designed floor plans, ranging from studio apartments to spacious three-bedroom homes. The project was completed, start to finish, in 27 months with a value of $140 million.

Provided for common inspection on the safety and performance of the workers. Mediated with inspectors of the government on the customary requirements of the overall project. Wesleyan University – Renovation of the Butterfield Dormitory Complex at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. This project was a total gut renovation of the 1st floor of 3 buildings totaling 29,000 sf. of newly constructed space with a GMP of $4.9 million. We constructed 58 dorm rooms with 92 beds, 15 bathrooms, 3 common space areas, 3 full kitchens and one Area Coordinator’s apartment. The Certificate of Occupancy was issued on this project 89 days after starting asbestos and lead abatement. One State Street – Renovation to the 27th floor of 1 State St in Hartford, CT. This project was for the president of Hartford Hospital and his staff. This job was a total gut of the 28,000 sf floor with all new construction that took place with the floors below and above fully occupied. The contract value was $9 million and construction was completed in less than 4 months with the owner taking full occupancy of the new space.Suffield Academy – Renovation of a portion of Fuller Hall at Suffield Academy in Suffield, CT to create the new Hoffman Career Counseling Center. This renovation included a new plumbing system including replacement of the existing sewer lateral, upgrades to the existing electrical service for new electrical requirements, new HVAC split systems, new offices, bathrooms and work spaces. This project was 2,800 sf. with an original contract amount of $600,000. The project was completed in 3 months with $300,000 in approved changes with no impact to schedule.
Managed up to 12 Petra carpenters/ tradesman working on various projects throughout the University of New Haven campus.Selected Projects at University of New Haven:• Asbestos, lead, mold and hazardous material abatements in multiple buildings throughout the campus. • Life safety upgrades to every boiler room in every building while occupied on campus.• New sprinkler system in Maxcy Hall. Work was done on 90,000+ sf. while building was fully occupied.• Temporary electrical service to Maxcy Hall when the transformers in the basement caught fire. Interacted with engineering firm for new design and required transformer upgrade requirements and United Illuminating for emergency temporary service and the installation of the new transformer now located outside the building per the new local town and state code requirements.• Total gut renovation to the psychology building which included asbestos and lead abatement prior to the start of the renovation work. New work included all new electrical, sprinkler system, new HVAC system, all new plumbing with the addition of tying new sanitary into the main sewer line at the street, replacement and addition of exterior windows and doors, new roof, all new interior space and site improvements. This project was 3,400 sf., $1.6 million and was accomplished in 4 months with a zero punch list.• Renovation to the 3rd (Biology Floor) and 4th (Forensic Floor of Dr. Henry Lee) floors of Dodd’s Hall. Improvements included upgrades to the HVAC system, new lab casework and painting of both floors.• Replacement of over 50 exterior doors, frames and hardware that were not operating properly causing a security breech and safety issue for public safety.• The 2,300 sf. addition to the campus bookstore. This project was a concrete poured foundation with wood frame construction that included new required electrical upgrade from the transformer on the street.
Selected Projects: Dysart High School – Managed the completion of the new Dysart #3 high school gymnasium. This was a new stand-alone building consisting of new out of the ground construction.Mountain View Elementary School – Managed the New Dysart Elementary School #17 (Mountain View Elementary School) project. This project consisted of two new buildings taken out of the ground from a 20 acre raw land site. The buildings totaled 140,000 sf. with a budget of $14 million, within eight months.Las Brisas Elementary School – Managed the New Dysart Elementary School #20 (Las Brisas Elementary School) project. This project consisted of two new buildings taken out of the ground from a 17 acre raw land site. Buildings totaled 140,000 sf. with a budget of $14 million. This project was completed from start to finish in seven months.
