Projects contracted include, AETC, Army, Medcom facilities and Marines recruiting centers. Responsible for executing job site safety plans, accident prevention plans, contracts, contractor proposal, engineering change orders and performance verification testing. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation of electric, gas, water and steam smart meters. Supervised low and medium voltage current transformer installation for commercial building power monitoring. Monitoring projects included utilizing PM850 Schneider electrical meters connected to an ILON smart server that reported data on the MDMS site sever equipment.

Responsible for scheduling consultants, inspectors and contractors. Supervised building pad over x excavation and pad certification on large residential developments. Scheduled Southern California utility company’s new main line construction and services extension for electrical and gas utilities. Responsible for scheduling and supervising public works contractors constructing sewer, water, domestic-reclaimed water systems and storm drain system thru final inspection, bond release and project close out. Supported electrical contractor’s crew involving low voltage, medium voltage wiring, underground and overhead construction including relocation of fiber optic lines. I also scheduled and supervised new street construction, curb-gutter and asphalt placement.

Responsible for supervising and scheduling building single family home construction trade contractors, inspection, foundation, concrete placement, plumbing, framing, and electrical construction thru final occupancy. Directed and supervised company assistant superintendent employees. Coordinated and supervised dry utility construction and installation of street lighting, fence and wall construction. Responsible for scheduling LMD construction of horse trails, retention basin, irrigation system, and landscaping thru job close out and bond release. Supervised and schedule road way bridge construction and box covert construction. I was responsible for maintaining CAL-OSHA, NPEDES and AQMD on each job site.
