• Responsible for sales activities of ABB Data Center products (BMS, PMS, DCIM, and integrated solutions) in Egypt North and Central Africa Region (ENCA).• Report sales activities and results to the sales manager and record it on SFDC.• Preparing market studies, segmentation and conduct promotional activities for ABB Data Center products in ENCA region.• Preparing technical and commercial quotations for opportunities received directly from customers or through EPCs in allocated markets.• Meeting and exceeding the targets of orders received, operational EBIT, cash flow, and revenues.• Ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and after-sales services.

Approve, operate and maintain all Electromechanical systems serving “WE” Data centers.  Electrical equipment “electrical panels, UPS, Inverters, Rectifiers and batteries” light current systems “Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access and BMS” Air-conditioners serving data centers.

Prepared technical and commercial offers for PV projects. Built the conceptual design, sizing and simulation of PV systems using "PVsyst" simulator. Delivered Energy Efficiency courses funded by UNDP for 10 groups each of 30 person.
