I supported the DoD V-22 Osprey Program as IT/Engineering Team Leader within the Integrated Project Team (IPT), Raytheon Technical Services Corporation (RTSC-CEDS/IIS), Indianapolis, IN. I provided daily support to program and project personnel supporting product life-cycle. As Technical Support Team Lead, I was responsible for data storage architecture and integrated technology lead for V-22 SSA. I was commended by customers, team members, peers, and supervisors for our diligent efforts to complete tasking. The V-22 Program Managers and American Systems managers recognized my efforts to manage and complete multiple contract tasking with ‘exceeds expectations’.

John was a Business Systems Analyst and Senior Programmer supporting a legacy financial business database system. He designed and managed computing systems incorporating advanced information technology for data storage and retrieval; conducted software life-cycle development (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance) using VISIO to design, develop, and document the life-cycle. As the team leader, John identified requirements, performed risk analysis/assessment, conducted performance analysis, determined future computer trends and demonstrated technical expertise to improve computer systems and business applications; provided technical oversight to staff engaged in development of moderately complex financial database systems and ensure compliance with standard software development procedures; provided solutions to challenges experienced by field end-users of legacy systems.
