A successful CEO experienced in leading both large and mid-sized organizations. Significant improvement to the organization's EBITDA and enterprise value is the objective. This is achieved through proper planning coupled with proper execution of that plan. My role is to assist the business owners in achieving that exceptional growth in their enterprises value. I prefer to do my assignments differently. Not only do I assist the owners in preparing their company's plan I also stay and help them execute the plan.My last assignment was quite dynamic. The organization was 25 years old and lead by the founder however both sales and profitability had stagnated . Working with the founder we rejuvenated the organization, developed new products and grew sales organically byapproximately 2.5 times in a 5 year period. The impact on EBITDA was even more dramatic with a growth of over 14 times in the same 5 year period. The industry as a whole was experiencing a growth rate of 2% or less per year over the same 5 year period.Additionally I am an experience Board Director. I have served on the Board of Directors of AGT Foods and Ingredients (TSX-AGT) as Chair of the Audit Committee as well as an independent director. Their sales exceeded $1.5B I was also Chair of the Board of The Econo Rack Group Inc. a privately held industrial racking manufacturer located in the GTA. Their sales exceeded $90M.
