Nuclear Operations focuses on the following disciplines:• Dynamic Rod Worth Measurement (DRWM) and start up physics testing• Rod Control Services (Current Trace, Rod Drop Testing, CRDM Diagnostics) • Incore Instrumentation • Nuclear Instrumentation Systems• Reactor Engineering• Radioisotope Production • New Reactor DesignDuring my time with NucOps, I’ve supported over 10 reactor startups, including initial criticality at the first Gen III+ reactor in the United States (Vogtle Unit 3). I've also performed several other reactor services across the country including current trace testing, CRDM diagnostics, and replacements of reactor protection systems. I am actively supporting radioisotope production, incore instrumentation development and troubleshooting, and AP300 IIS development. Beyond Nuclear Operations, I’ve also performed source term and fluence calculations for operating plants and high burnup/high enrichment applications. Show less
