Key partner in all investment strategies.FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Drive and maintain success metrics to track company performance and present quarterly results to Board of Directors. Participate in all board meetings.• Liaise with private equity investors and monitor cash positions and compliance with bank debt covenants as primary liaison to all outside banking relationships.• Directly manage accounting, finance, and HR teams, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness for payments, collections, and tax filings. • Create, implement, and monitor internal controls, policy, and systems to safeguard company’s assets.• Direct ransom response payments and compliance with FinCEN rules.PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:• Drive performance goals, resource allocation, and policy assessment for senior management and teams.• Build programs and processes to hire and retain employees and manage all aspects of talent management, such as compensation, utilization, benefits, reviews, and team building.• Provide oversight on hiring, quality, and revenue generation for professional services delivery organization.SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Managed company through successful sale of majority interest to private equity firm and assumed role of primary liaison with private equity investors. • Ran the company as member of Executive Management Committee that included a founder and investor after departure of CEO.• Saved the company nearly $1M by managing through the FTX crisis in 2023.• Implemented new payroll systems in the US, Canada, UK, and Netherlands to enable multiple currencies.
