    Grew sales from $ 52M to $ 61M by leveraging sole source products, understanding competitive market pricing and adjusted inflated inventories with our largest customer, Avnet electronics. Having a financial accounting systems background, was able to analyze and decrease inflated inventories from $ 19.5M to $ 14.5M from "in-house" design systems, by part number, with over 10,000 parts analyzed. This reduced carrying costs, which in turn, was leverage for selling more products. Increased inventory turns from 1.8 in 12/04 to 3.6 in 11/06. By decreasing inflated inventories & increasing turns was able to sell incrementally over $ 8M product over a two year period. Worked with A/R department to decrease pricing issues from $ 543K to $ 4K. Managed all customer service issues with over 6000 end customers.
