With just over 12 years of being in the manufacturing world, I have based my growth and development on the simple policy of providing exceptional service to my customers and employees. Specializing in mostly the firearms industry, I have added value by picking the right manufacturing process for each specific component and implementing design criteria to that component to be successful within each of the following processes.- Metal Injection Molding- Plastic Injection Molding- Machining- Progressive Die Stamping- Investment Castings- Powder Metal- Die CastingWith a great interest in engineering and sales, I spend most of my time looking for new opportunities within the firearms industry for aftermarket components and determining feasibility of each project. I then work with our engineering team on design for manufacturability to keep costs down, while not sacrificing quality. SCT continues to bring more and more outside processing in house each year so we can control processes, lead times, quality, costs, etc. and we look forward to growing with our customer base year after year.
