Responsible for establishing and executing the Project Management/Project Delivery vision, mission, strategy and structure. Accountable for managing client expectations in partnership with Client Services and ensuring that project delivery meets expectations. This role directs staff responsible for all elements of projects and statements of work from inception through completion. Responsible for establishing and consistently refining the Project Management and Quality Assurance disciplines’ methods and processes.Responsibilities:•Negotiate contracts, scope deliverables, estimates and write statements of work (SOWs).•Accountable for successful project delivery (on time, within budget and with client satisfaction).•Develop, review, approve and communicate project plans for delivery of projects.•Responsible for end to end delivery of projects and status updates to internal partners and clients in partnership with Client Services, and engagement by other competency representatives to drive successful project outcomes in support of agency and client objectives.•Establish a center of excellence for Project Management to develop, recommend, implement and enforce processes, procedures and best practices.•Establish Project Management processes and procedures to ensure project execution consistency across projects and clients•Lead efforts to fuel continuous improvement in our speed to market, agency efficiency, and quality control. Consistently makes proactive recommendations to support improvements in agency performance.•Ensure team is trained, educated and upholds project execution methodologies (i.e. Agile).•Ensure team is trained on Project Management best practices (i.e. PMI Certifications, PMP)•RFPs or represent Project Management discipline in agency pitches. Develop staff plans to support agency staffing and pricing in close coordination with Finance and Client Services
