ZGC became part of Mosaic Group which was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange with total global revenues of US$ 1Bn. Since then I've specialised in running businesses for founder owners that want to move away from their businesses; TCA, TFI Group and Ovation. In the last few years I've worked for VC's in underperforming investment businesses with a turnaround brief. These projects have included Billington Cartmell Group with a turnover of c£50m and WRG Live with a turnover of over £60m.However alongside this commercial success I have gained as much if not more satisfaction from working with and developing my senior reports in all of these businesses with a mix of coaching and mentoring. An exciting challenging role leading the repositioning of an energetic fast growing Brand Consulting and Activation Business

My role and tasks at BCL were successfully completed. This delivered the BCL Group business and each of the component businesses in really strong commercial shape to build and grow over the coming years. 2013 was a year of investment in the skills and products that form the platform for growth. My legacy to the BCL Group is a strong senior management team and the consultancy outputs from the Clear Partnership which will transform each of the businesses via the work that they do and how they are remunerated for that work.

A founding NED and investor in Ovation Group, an Experiential Marketing Agency. Assisted with the set-up of the business in 2004 but moved in 2008 to the role of Managing Director and shortly after this I took the business into the Activate Solutions Group where it is now an established contributor to their development.

Initially engaged on a consultant interim project that developed over six months to the role of Managing Director. TFI Group is a; Conference, Events and a Motivational Reward business. This was a business turaround project it involved restructuring, re-defining the TFI proposition and developing robust operational processes that incorporated the latest professional event management support systems and technology.

Mosaic Group was a US$1bn, Canadian owned, Marketing Services and Field Sales Agency Group, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. I oversaw the operatinal expansion of the UK base to handle clients across Europe.
