Responsible for managing our data analytics with the goal of mapping company strategy to measurable goals and informing strategy decisions with data. Identified and maintained relationships with key academic and nonprofit partners whose work aligns with Babajob’s mission. Owned product development for assigned features (internally defined or partner-related), conducted background research, created detailed specifications, tracked key metrics, and managed required testing.

Joined Babajob full-time to work with the CEO and COO on establishing various strategic partnerships and managing our research efforts to help scale India's largest online and mobile job portal for the informal sector. Developed and managed relationships with public partners (e.g. Facebook, Tata Trusts, NSDC) and researchers from various institutes (UC - Berkeley, Harvard, Yale, and the World Bank). Oversaw Babajob's skilling portfolio focused on mobilization and acquisition. Helped identify, secure, and manage grant funding from the World Bank and USAID.In the past eight months Babajob's revenues have grown 6x, and the company successfully closed a Series B round of $10 million from SEEK Australia, one of the world's largest players in job marketplaces, in April 2015.

Participant in the 2014-15 Clinton Fellowship for Service in India. Working with social enterprise field partner Babajob.com - India's largest online and mobile job portal for the informal sector - on securing grant funding offers of $1.5 million, and establishing public and private partnerships with various social sector players, including the National Skills Development Corporation of India.

Built start-up business plan and secured funding for a line of restaurants empowering impoverished low-caste women in India.
