Experienced Customer Engineer with a demonstrated history of field service troubleshooting/repair (software, hardware, and mechanical.) Skilled in computers, ATMs, printers (desktop, office, and industrial), graphic design, typology, and Customer Satisfaction. I am trained and certified on the following: Cisco CCTRS, NCR Personas/self-service ATMs, NCR Self-checkouts, Canon copiers, Canon/Oce printers, Server/ Data storage (Veritas, Nutanix, Tintri, Junos, Glasshouse, and Quantum Scalar i3/i6)I worked for OCE (now part of Canon) for 6 years where I troubleshooted and repaired various copiers and printers. While I was there, Oce branched out to networking by marketing their printers as servers. I had to develop a networking perspective and change my skill set to work with software and computer hardware. I am currently employed by NCR and have been there for almost 13 years. Because I primarily service ATMs for Chase, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, I work on the most advanced ATM technology in use today. NCR not only services the financial market they also service server/Network needs of customers like Wells Fargo, Cisco, Wal-Mart, and Starbucks. I have been trained and have experience on various equipment like routers and switches, servers, and data file systems.In the last 3 years I have also provided my services for independent authors, formatting their novels for print-on-demand and ebook distribution. I am proficient with Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, HTML, and CSS.
