Over the last 25 years I’ve worked and managed thousands of events from Presidential Inaugurals and Cattle Baron's Balls to the most upscale and Intimate dinner reception. I have learned the importance of careful planning and attention to detail throughout the event process.I founded G Texas in 2002 with the purpose of creating a unique full-service catering company with a commitment to building partnerships. G Texas Custom Catering is a leader in DFW catering and special events, providing catering, concession and bar services for some of the areas top venues and meeting planners. While growing G Texas to one of the largest catering companies in DFW (according to the Dallas Business Journal), I’ve had the pleasure of serving in a variety of management positions and building other brands in the industry; such as Gilley’s Dallas, The Jack Daniel’s Saloon and our newest venture, The Party Resource. These experiences have helped me become a stronger leader and opened the door to a wealth of new opportunities for G Texas.In my experience, everyone has to plan an event at some point in their life.
