As eClient Automation Business development manager, I am responsible for managing expectations and developing business solutions for our financial service clients across North America. I am are in charge of creating effective business services and solutions to generate more revenue for my clients, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction. Some of my main duties include brainstorming with other business development staff to define the scope of the project, review requirements, and approve timeframes. I work with other company managers to oversee the progress of business development. I have developed these individuals have strong leadership skills while coming up with innovative solutions for day-to-day development issues.
