Currently in my 27th year of practice in Fayette County, GA. Emphasis is in spine and extremity pain including sciatica, headaches, neck or back pain, shoulder pain, elbow, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis & Morton's neuroma, tingling / numbness in hands or feet. We utilize many therapies including electric stimulation, hydrotherapy massage tables, Well Wave acoustic compression therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, traction, exercise instruction, traditional hands on chiropractic such as Gonstead, diversified, and drop table techniques but also certified and utilizes Impulse IQ technique and manipulation under anesthesia. The key ingredient to good patient care is to accurately diagnose the patient's condition and treat accordingly. This is where we pride ourselves and stand out. Primary practice every weekday is at The Production Centre at Pinewood Atlanta Studios (open and accessible to all patients). Saturday hours at The Nutrition Shoppe in south Peachtree City. A large percentage of our practice is auto accident victims. This is a highly specialized area that requires careful record keeping and patient care. We will honor liens in cases where the patient has legal representation and no medical coverage. We also work with many medical professionals and imaging centers who also work with personal injury patients, enabling our patients to get all the care they need without the financial strain.

  1988 Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa. Auto accident injuries comprise 50% of our practice. Practice involves mostly hands on Diversified and Gonstead techniques. Impulse IQ adjusting instrument using Neuromechanical technique is available (neuromechanical.com) if you like Activator technique, you haven't tried the Impulse IQ. Dr Giovanelli is one of four chiropractors in Georgia certified in the Impulse IQ. We have a full line of physiotherapy equipment, licensed massage therapist, and make custom shoe orthotics. We treat families, auto injuries, sports injuries, and arthitic spines. We are the only clinic in Georgia to offer acoustic compression therapy, also known as extra corporeal shockwave therapy. The machine is called the Well Wave. Dr Giovanelli also uses manipulation under anesthesia (MUA). There are less than 10 chiropractors who are currently performing MUA in Georgia on a regular basis. The technique is performed at a surgery center with an anesthesiologist, an osteopath to assist in manipulation! and a certified pain management doctor to administer injections prior to the manipulation. MUA is used for patients who have tried everything else and are trying to avoid surgery.
