Consistent with Bank internal processes, implemented data collection and intensive analysis supporting the development of a strategic plan focused on three building blocks: the current owned and leased portfolio assets, the current and future facility needs of various occupier business groups, and current and forecasted real estate market conditions at the metro, submarket and asset level. Utilizing CBRE Outlook to obtain timely, accurate forecasts about supply and demand, rent and vacancy rates, demographic and financial information to optimize occupancy planning. Organized these strategies into a range of plan scenarios with attendant cost and performance metrics and provided monthly and quarterly reports to document progress. As a result, total square footage and the resultant spend were reduced by approximately 10%.• National Real Estate Strategy: Led the development of a 5-year strategic plan researched and outlined opportunities to reduce 14 real estate markets down to 5 by 2013. Aligned quickly with Regions immediate needs to reduce 2008 costs and are on track to deliver 2009 occupancy reductions far exceeding the 2008 save target of $46M by 70%.• Leadership: Led CRE's top decile initiative that realigned strategic goals and transformed CRE organization to a relationship management driven organization that focused on the portfolio, workplace, services, and information strategies. • Regions CRE Acquisitions Playbook: Led CBRE team in mapping Regions CRE business processes and procedures. These included: occupancy planning, site selection, state and local incentives, strategic planning, macro programming, transaction management, corporate space standards development, A/E vendor selection, management of interior design process, build out contractor selection, construction oversight, furniture selection and procurement, and move management services resulting in a 15% savings in facilities costs and lease concessions.• Well Care Sales Office Strategy Strategic plan for the consolidation of 23 sales offices to 6.
