In positions as both an architect and facilities manager, I've managed all scales of design and construction projects, in most forms of project delivery. From developing scope and budget, procuring consultants, scheduling, and preparing Contract Documents, to managing all phases through Construction and Warranty period. For over twenty years I have also developed and overseen a variety of facility assessments and asset management programs.I'm proud to have developed a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of projects. I believe the most successful projects are the result of asking the right questions early, and building consensus.I am detail-oriented, ask questions, and apply my experience to developing the best Contract Documents possible. My field expertise focuses on building envelope systems, assessing existing conditions and developing solutions. I've extended this knowledge to assisting clients in facility assessments and establishing priorities for facility usage and capital investments.
