Im a technical account specialist and at my core I thrive in any position which allows me to engage with people to identify and resolve issues. My experience in enterprise level, SaaS support teams has allowed me to cultivate the highest level of customer relations and technical problem solving skills, and to utilize those skills in a fulfilling way. I am quick to adapt and eager to engage in new challenges. Just as comfortable working around code as I am with people, but definitely prefer both!
