Fort Leavenworth

Primarily provide Technical and administrative support for all simulation systems being experimented upon for the experimentation branch of the Mission Command Battle Lab. This included installation and setup of the simulation systems, managing the simulation databases, and configuring virtual machines where applicable. Additional duties included maintaining computer system hardware, administering user accounts and managing conference events.

I provide technical support for the command general staff at the Mission Command Center of Excellence. This includes entering in new users into the network enterprise system, providing printer support and general computer repair.

Responsible for maintaining and refining the functionality of several federation systems belonging to both the Multi-Resolution Federation and the Entity-Resolution Federation. Specifically responsible for maintaining subject matter expert on the Independent Stimulation Module (ISM), After Action Review System (AARS) and the Joint Non-Kinetic Effects Model (JNEM).

- Attended integration event held at PEOSTRI offices to assist developers in integrating ISM and JNEM systems into the MRF-W federation environment.- Provided operational support and database construction support to Mission Command Training Program event for both the ISM and JNEM.- Prepared systems for the most recent MRF-W federation including the ISM, C2, JNEM and AARS federates. This included setting up computer hardware, installing and configuring operating systems and security lockdown, installing federate software and then configuring it and maintaining the software during the event.

- Demonstrated functional capabilities of the new FSLOD to the Marine Corps in 29 Palms California. - Created ISM test cases to be used in multiple federations including the ERF, MRF and FSLOD. - Provided training and support for BTPC JNEM database building. - Supported fielding of the ISM 2.0 to multiple installations that included technical and functional training, providing training material and performing exercise support. - Created test cases to be used in MRF v3 testing of the ISM 2.0 suite. - Provided BCTP an Event Generator system for their use in creating a database library for future uses. - Provided NSC technical support for the ISM during Yama Sakura Korea MRX event - Demonstrated ISM 1.0 capabilities for evaluation to World Class OPFOR. - Organized and supported a “Train the Trainer” Training seminar for the ISM 1.0 release. - Charged with designing a verification test for the Independent Stimulation Module Software. This entailed determining what features needed to be tested and then designing a test for each one. - Evaluated entire ISM version 0.1 beta software and compiled a list of each feature. - Created a pass/fail test for each one and compiled them into a test packet. - Performed the verification test of the ISM software. - Organized a time table and reserved space to perform ISM version 0.1 testing
