Hello, my name is John Goodrow and I am currently in my third year at Kennesaw State University. I graduated from Forsyth Central High School located in Forsyth County. My time while I was in high school was occupied mostly by taking part in the DECA program and I was a part of the baseball program for all four years. After I graduated I started to attend Kennesaw State and participated in the Club Baseball program while maintaining a high level of academic status. I have been named a member of the Dean's List for each completed semester I have had at Kennesaw State. In this same time period, I also became a youth baseball coach at Team Elite for one of the most talented thirteen and under baseball teams in the nation. I am also a member of the PNBA federation which is a worldwide natural bodybuilding program. I was given the opportunity to compete in the Men's Physique category of bodybuilding which provided me with a brand new set of lessons that a team sport such as baseball might not have been able to provide. I also took the time to teach myself how to use Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom so I could document my journey through the thirteen-week preparation. While my work experience may be limited, I am proud to list these accomplishments because of the lessons that each one taught me. Baseball has taught me how to lead a team and how to listen and respect a manager. I had similar lessons while participating in the PNBA, but these lessons were heightened because of the amount of mental fortitude it takes to complete a lengthy preparation. My greatest strengths have been learned by being a part of a team in a competitive setting and I want nothing less from my future in the professional world. I would love the opportunity to build a team that has the ability to excel in the business world while giving myself and others the opportunity to grow the company and grown as individuals as well.
