I am a full time independent Civil and Commercial Dispute Mediator, helping individuals and organisations resolve their civil, commercial and professional disputes.Typically I am appointed by lawyers on behalf of clients who are involved in - or about to be involved in - what could be expensive, time consuming and unpredictable litigation.My background is as a solicitor, having been a Partner for many years at one of the UK's leading law firms, specialising in commercial and professional litigation and dispute resolution. My work included representing clients in many mediations. I was recognised in the legal directories as a leader in my field. Over the past five years I have successfully developed my independent mediation practice. The work is interesting and challenging.
