John has always had a love of IT and computers, when he was 6 he unintentionally reinstalled Windows 3.1 on his families PC in a failed attempt to boot from a 3.5" floppy disc copy of Space Quest. From there his love of IT began. He transitioned this passion into a burgeoning career in IT. He has 6+ years supporting customers in a Windows network environment and is CompTIA A+ Certified, as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
