I have worked for SI for over 20 years and have gained a wealth of expertise in the supply of software products and services to the Food Manufacturing Industry. My early career developed from the professional qualifications I gained at Birmingham's College of Food and Smithfield College and I subsequently spent the next 15 years working within environmental health, quality assurance, the meat processing industry and supermarket supplier auditing. During my early years at SI I was responsible for introducing software and data capture within food processing quality control departments. The need to demonstrate supermarket compliance and product traceability was evolving quickly and our data capture capability was quickly gaining a reputation as a proven expert solution to address the issues. Nowadays my role is focused on the provision of after-sales services and customer account management.
