Leading the development, implementation and management of performance systems for Qatar Rail to ensure the highest levels of performance across both the new Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks.Developing strategies and processes to ensure the Metro and Tram systems meet and exceed demanding levels of performance for operations, asset reliability, maintenance, safety and customer satisfaction. Working with the network operator RKH to specify, develop and implement an integrated Performance Management and Reporting System (PMRS) with functionality for performance reporting as well as management of contractual performance regimes that are in place. Management of the two separate performance regimes for Metro and Tram along with appropriate fault and dispute resolution mechanisms.Ensuring preparations for service launch as part of Qatar Rail’s Service Delivery team are proceeding according to plan, with system testing and commissioning followed by initial services to start before the end of 2018.
