• Responsible for the biggest brand in the RB portfolio “Finish”, a market leading brand in the Autodish category.
• Designed and implemented a pricing, promotion and assortment strategy which drove significant growth for both RB and the retailer. In Countdown we grew 7% and the category 4%. This involved explaining a price increase.
• I sold into all retailers, with incremental ranging, two rounds of NPD which overhauled the brand offering benefiting consumer, retailer and RB.
• I worked with an agency to create a sell in bible to arm the field team to sell by store in Foodstuffs, including product and category information to ease sell in.
• I managed the media investment and grew a segment 11%, without cannibalising other segments.
