My job is to fix computers based on hardware and software problems and influence consumers to choose the best computers or printers for his or hers needs. If the customer comes in with a particular problem that's anyone with advanced computer knowledge could figure out, I'll break down the solution simple enough that they'll be able to solve the problem themselves.

When a customer needed help finding a product in Target, I would lead them to the aisle of the product. I had to deal with a lot of different personalities up there, so I adjusted to whatever situation was presented in front of me, rather it was a belligerent customer who has a bad day and just needs to be treated as a need instead of a liability or keeping your patience for an indecisive customer.
