Current projects: New Workplace Design- an exciting project which is taking a futurist look at what work on a dairy farm could or should look like in 2030-2040. How will the working population change? What will be the paradigm changes in employment and working in the dairy industry? We have identified 11 stepping stones or "principles" for future workplaces to attract the next generation.Millennium farming-supporting a group of farmers and HR Consultants to disrupt the agriculture by promoting millennial, Gen X, or Baby boomer role models of good leadership and great work environments on Farm.Workplace 360- A tool to help farmers identify areas for improvement and good practice in their leadership. Uses a framework of the 5 pillars of the Workplace Action Plan plus EQ.Good work rosters and hours of work

Millennium Farming seeks to create a new ways of working in dairy which is people friendly by promoting role models of good leadership practice form all generations but focussed on creating a great work environment foe the next generation.Have finished People Lift project with 24 farms to show the value of improving people management on farm and the value of a certified people management consultant in helping farmers implement and sustain good people management.
