Promoted to a Senior after hitting the targets that focused primarily on the consistency of deals/billings throughout an 8 month period. The targets also revolved around net new clients, and other relevant KPIs. In this role I had more responsibilities when it came to management, internal hiring, training, and mentoring junior consultants. In an effort to combat the hiring freezes and overall market that Covid created I was one of few that were allowed to change from a territory-based approach to being industry focused. As part of our dedicated cloud technology division at Frank Recruitment Group, I was one of the first 25 employees in our Denver office and I was the first person in the company to build out the market in the state of Washington for our AWS Brand; doing so remotely from Denver.
