Report to the Chief Executive Data Scientist, leading all U.S. and Latin America sales and strategy functions to expand Foundation AI, Inc.’s world-leading Analytics and Artificial Intelligence technologies within the healthcare and corrections verticals. Responsible for customer and partner target identification and go-to-market strategies. In tandem, led the team through the adoption of policies and procedures adoption, security protocols, and change control to achieve for the first time SOC 1 and 2 certifications. Dallas/Fort Worth Area

I reported directly to the CEO, providing leadership during the strategic transition of Strateq Health’s 37 Degrees Cloud-based HIS solution to achieve optimal functionality. Indirect oversight for reporting architecture, technology, database schema, design implementation of longitudinal patient records, and implementation of HL7 messaging. DELIVERED RESULTS:>Revamped the 37 Degree ecosystem by guiding partnerships, technology, and product function to a state appropriate for the U.S. marketplace.>I met U.S. mandates for data codification, meaningful use, and common clinical data set requirements.>I identified and closed an enormous gap in product functionality, by developing a patient-centric database schema model to achieve a longitudinal patient record.

I reported directly to the company CEO, leading and directing the product design for the PEACHY mobile application and user experience. I designed and managed the integration of PEACHY into a private HIE, co-existing with data generated by Allscripts, MEDHOST, and Meditech.

I reported directly to the President of the company, leading interoperability and integration initiatives with health information exchanges, in addition to providing subject matter expertise to support public health programs. Appointed with total responsibility over all data operations and services in 2005.DELIVERED RESULTS:> Achieved advanced interoperability with Meditech HIS that contributed to 11+ years of explosive, YOY growth in customers and revenues. > Co-designed CPOE model for the company’s EDIS solution, which received coveted “Best in KLAS” awards for 2 consecutive years.> Led technical team in supplying all data for a major syndromic surveillance system for 8 area hospitals.> Selected as 1 of 2 individuals to present company’s EMIS to hospitals in Qatar.> Collaborated with Dr. Dan Sullivan to prototype the application integration, user experience, and workflow of the TSG patient safety and risk management algorithms in the MEDHOST EDIS.
